No, Theres no need to be home as long as we can find the bins we are cleaning.

If your bin has been missed on a collection route then unfortunately the clean will not go ahead and will next be cleaned on next clean date this wont be charged.  

In some cases the bins we clean can be up to 30 years old, So unfortunately not all bins come up looking band new, however they will be clean, Unfortunately most paints and building materials wont come off. When cleaning bins we mainly concentrate on the inside of the bin however we do give a quick clean on the outside.

Yes, as long as you've had 6 cleans as this is the minimum.

Yes we will still charge you if there was no bin left out for cleaning unless you have informed us by 8pm the night before.
